Location can't be beat! Pull into the driveway that looks straight out into the ocean and immediately flip into vacation mode. A car is not necessary as beaches, restaurants, ferries to Nantucket/Martha's Vineyard and downtown Main Street are all within walking distance!.
We wanted a change of scenery with the comforts of home to celebrate Mom’s 90th birthday. This house didn’t disappoint, clean spacious rooms for everyone and a great room with kitchen, dining and living area overlooking Hyannis Harbor. Everyone loved it!
We loved our time here! Gorgeous location right on Hyannis Harbor in Cape Cod, just walking distance from the ferries. We will be back!
We had a wonderful time at this well laid out house. We enjoyed the view and were stunned by the beautiful sunrise! We also enjoyed being so close to amazing restaurants! We had lots of space to spread out and the decor was well done. Overall, a relaxing, fun time for all.

The house is very nice, clean and well-equipped. It gets a nice cooling breeze off of the water much of the day. It is also very spacious; we had a group of 7 adults, but could have accommodated several more quite comfortably. The location is excellent, with a nice beach and a nice view of the harbor. It is an easy walk to the ferries, restaurants and shops in Hyannis. Overall, we had a great time. We would recommend this property to anyone.
The house was perfect for our annual trip to Cape Cod. The views were amazing, especially for the harbor fireworks! The house is very spacious, comfortable and clean and the location can’t be eat!
